Polynucleotides & Boosters

Polynucleotides are a new skincare treatment gaining popularity for their ability to rejuvenate skin. Derived from salmon or trout  DNA, these injectable serums act as biostimulators, enhancing skin regeneration. They boost fibroblast numbers, which produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, leading to more elastic and hydrated skin. Polynucleotides also offer antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, having been used medically for conditions like eczema and psoriasis.

They differ from Profhilo, a hyaluronic acid-based skin booster, in their ability to actively thicken and densify skin, scavenge free radicals, and provide more hydration. Polynucleotides can be applied almost anywhere on the body, improving elasticity, softening wrinkles, scars, and brown spots, and minimising pores and stretch marks.

Polynucleotides  work at a cellular level to enhance skin quality.

 Benefits of Polynucleotide Injections

  • Hydration: Increase skin hydration by attracting water molecules, resulting in a plumper appearance.

  • Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Soothe irritated skin, beneficial for conditions like rosacea and eczema.

Polynucleotide Injections for Hair Restoration

Polynucleotide injections offer a cutting-edge approach to hair restoration by enhancing scalp health and creating an ideal environment for hair growth. These injections work at a cellular level, promoting the regeneration of hair follicles and improving blood circulation to the scalp, which delivers essential nutrients and oxygen to support hair growth. Additionally, polynucleotides reduce scalp inflammation, which can inhibit hair growth, and stimulate collagen production, strengthening the scalp structure.

This treatment is suitable for those experiencing mild to moderate hair thinning and is often combined with other therapies like PRP and microneedling for enhanced results. Most patients observe initial improvements in scalp health and reduced hair shedding within a few weeks, with visible hair density and thickness changes appearing after several months.
